Lupino Festival
STOP AND LISTEN - and mark your calendars that there is a new jazz festival in Stockholm! Last on the autumn program, Lupino live presents the Lupino festival for the first time ever! Jazz Camp for Girls GBG - World Premiere
Jazz Camp For Girls Gothenburg edition!
The Jazz Camp For Girls camp in Gothenburg is being held for the first time at Kulturskolan Hisingen and will end with a concert with performances by the camp participants and then a subsequent IMPRA Jam at Utopia Jazz on November 2. If you can see it you can be it!
Now we are paving the way for the new generation of jazz!

We at IMPRA are so proud to be running the Jazz Camp For Girls camp in Gothenburg for the first time! Project leader is IMPRA board member Sara Aldén and the camp takes place at Kulturskolan Hisingen and ends with a concert and IMPRA Jam at Utopia Jazz on November 2nd.

IMPRA Jam at Umeå Jazzfestival
Welcome to IMPRA's workshop "JazzJAM for everyone!". The workshop is aimed at those who want to know more about an inclusive jam culture, get to know the basics of jazz jam, meet like-minded people or just recharge for tonight's IMPRA jam which is part of the Umeå Jazz Festival. The workshop is led by drummer Maria Dahlin, who will also be the jam host for tonight's IMPRA jam, and pianist Lisa Ullén. They are accompanied by IMPRA's representative Simon Bohlin. The workshop is done together with Unga tankar om musik.

Panel discussion at Stockholm Jazz Festival
How can equality and equal opportunities be realized in today's jazz and improvisation scene? In a panel discussion during the Stockholm Jazz Festival, musicians, organizers and cultural actors from Sweden and Germany – Maika Küster, Lina Nyberg, Eric Birath and Ruth Pahlbäck – meet to reflect on equality and gender equality in the jazz and improvisation scene.
The focus of the conversation is how inclusion work is carried out in practice and how it is affected by today's social challenges and cultural policy conditions. The conversation is led by moderator Ingrid Malmén. After the conversation there will be a mingle and live music! ✨

Lupino Live at Stockholm Jazz Festival
IMPRAs jazz club Lupino Live presents electric avant-pop and jazzy punk chanson – in October, two current voices from Germany and Switzerland will come to Stockholm.
As part of the @stockholmjazzfestival and in collaboration with @lupinolive, we invite you to a concert evening. MAIKA @maikakue lets avant-pop merge with experimental jazz. Knobil @knobil_sings everyday and poetically – somewhere between jazz, punk and French chanson.

The IMPRA jam is back in Gothenburg at Utopia Jazz for the first jam of the year! The house band consists of Matilda Andersson on vocals, Karin Pilhage on guitar, Paulin Diefenbach on bass and Maria Dahlin on drums.
