Olimpia Dynarek is a versatile pianist and composer who, with her wide range of genres, moves frequently between different music scenes in Sweden and abroad. You can hear her play jazz, pop, funk and songs in constellations such as Olimpias Orkan, Gothenburg Art Ensemble, Malin Wättring, Matilda & Olimpia, Francesca Vincentie, Becka and The Funky Flakes and others. She also works as a pianist in improvisational theatre. Since 2017, she has led the group Olimpias Orkan, a septet that plays bold and swinging modern jazz that contains both fine-tuned melodies and explosive improvisations. The group has toured in Sweden, Norway and India and in 2019 released the album "Sefir" on the label Pacaya Records. Olimpia has composed music for symphony orchestras, jazz ensembles and worked on the music for the children's book "Molnväverskan" (2022). In 2023 she participated in the project "Lighthouse Extended" where she together with Monica Dominique, Peter Danemo, William Soovik, Malin Wättring and Örjan Fahlström wrote relay compositions. Olimpia graduated from the Individual Music Program at the University of Stage and Music in 2020.
