The Scanian singer and composer Iris Bergcrantz's voice has been described as emotional, sonorous and beautiful. Iris has released two albums under her own name: 'Different Universe' and 'Young Dreams', both of which received fantastic press reviews. Young Dreams was nominated for a Danish Music Awards for Best Vocal Jazz Album 2020. Young Dreams was also named Best Vocal Jazz Album of the Year in both Lira Musikmagasin and in Los Angeles' Jazz Bossa & Beyond. Different Universe was 'Vocal jazz CD of the year' in 2016 in Los Angeles Jazz Bossa & Beyond.

She has performed on stages such as A-Trane in Berlin, Rochester International Jazz festival in New York State, London á capella festival and around Europe. With the group Åkervinda, Iris was nominated for a Grammy in 2019 and the same year the group performed at Allsång at Skansen. Iris Bergcrantz is active in Copenhagen and Malmö.
